After you buy music on BuyMyTune, your downloads are always available in your Downloads Library.
How to find your downloads
1. Sign in to your BuyMyTune account (the same account you used to buy).
2. Click your profile icon in the top right and go to Downloads Library — or visit /downloads directly.
3. Your purchases are listed there. Click the download button next to any release to save it.
If you bought as a guest
If you checked out without creating an account, you should have received a confirmation email with download links. Check your spam/junk folder if you didn't receive it.
If you can't find the email, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date of purchase. We'll look it up.
Common questions
I signed in but my purchase isn't showing. You may have used a different email address. Check if you have another account (e.g. you might have used Google Sign-In for one and email/password for another). If you're sure it was the same account, contact us.
My download link has expired. Download links generated at purchase can expire. Sign back into your account and download from your Downloads Library — those links are always freshly generated.
I bought it on my phone and now want it on my laptop. Just sign in on your laptop and download from your Downloads Library. Your purchase is tied to your account, not to a device.
