How to contact support if your issue isn't resolved

How to reach us

Go to the Contact page and fill in the form. Choose the topic that best matches your issue:

  • Payment issue — charge problems, double charges, not receiving what you paid for.
  • Download problem — can't find, access, or play your downloads.
  • Copyright/takedown — reporting infringing content or disputing a removal.
  • Payout query — for artists with questions about their earnings.
  • Technical issue — bugs, errors, or anything that seems broken.
  • Other — anything else.

What to include

The more detail you give, the faster we can help. Include:

  • Your email address (pre-filled if you're signed in).
  • The release name and artist (if the issue is about a specific purchase).
  • Your PayPal transaction ID (for payment issues — find this in your PayPal activity).
  • Order reference (shown in your confirmation email or Downloads Library).
  • What you've already tried.

Response times

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Complex issues (e.g. payment disputes) may take a little longer.

Common questions

I sent a message but haven't heard back. Check your spam folder for a reply from BuyMyTune. If it's been more than 3 business days, send another message referencing your original query.

I need urgent help with a payment. Use the contact form and select Payment issue. We prioritise these.

Can I call someone? We don't offer phone support at the moment. The contact form is the fastest route to our team.
