Common questions
- Where are my downloads?
- After a successful purchase, you will receive download links on the order confirmation page. You can also re-download any purchase from your account's collection page at any time.
- Can I re-download something I already bought?
- Yes. As long as the release is still available on the platform, you can re-download it as many times as you need from your collection. Download links are generated fresh each time, and there is no expiry on your entitlement.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you access your purchase history and re-download files at any time from any device.
- What formats will I receive?
- Artists choose the format they upload. Most offer MP3, WAV, or FLAC. The format is shown on each release page before you purchase.
- Can I buy music as a gift?
- Gift purchasing is not available yet. It is planned for a future update.
- What if I used a different email address?
- Purchases are tied to the account you were signed in with (or guest session) at the time of checkout. If you think there is a mismatch, contact our support team and we will sort it out.
- What is the refund policy?
- Because music downloads are delivered immediately and are non-returnable, refunds are generally not offered once a download has been accessed. If there is a technical problem with a file you received, please contact us and we will make it right.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. BuyMyTune never sees or stores your card number or bank details.
